1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and my3win2u ("Platform", "we" or "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, features and content available under the my3win2u platform.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

New users who make their first deposit are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 200% up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Each promotion has its own terms and duration. my3win2u reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time. Users suspected of abusing promotions, including through the use of multiple accounts or betting methods that go against the intent of the promotion, may face action including bonus cancellation and account termination.

5. Game Rules

All games offered on the my3win2u platform — including online slots, live casino, sportsbook, mix parlay and esports — are subject to their respective specific rules. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets.

In the event of a technical disruption, system failure or unforeseen circumstance affecting game results, my3win2u reserves the right to declare the relevant match or game round void and return the wagers. Results that have been fully settled technically are final.

For sports betting, my3win2u uses odds updated in real time. Changes in odds after a bet has been placed do not affect the value of the confirmed bet. Bets placed after the start of an event may be voided at my3win2u's discretion.

6. User Responsibilities

7. Account Termination and Closure

You may close your my3win2u account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, ensure that all eligible balances have been processed through withdrawal.

my3win2u reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms.
• Provide false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• Are found to be under 21 years of age.
• Engage in bonus or promotion abuse.

7.3 Self-Exclusion
